Avalon Health Clinic, a new multidisciplinary clinic planned for Greater Victoria, BC, is seeking founding Chiropractors to help support musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation, and functional recovery within our integrated primary care and allied health clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a setting where chiropractic care is part of a coordinated healthcare model designed to support movement, recovery, pain management, and whole-person care.

At Avalon, chiropractors will work alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, counsellors, and rehabilitation clinicians within one connected care environment.

• Provide evidence-informed chiropractic care for patients navigating musculoskeletal pain, injury recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, mobility limitations, and functional recovery goals
• Support patients recovering from injury, surgery, concussion, chronic pain conditions, and periods of physical deconditioning
• Assess and treat spinal, joint, neuromusculoskeletal, and movement-related concerns within a rehabilitation-focused environment
• Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nurse practitioners, massage therapists, and other clinicians involved in shared patient care
• Participate in Avalon’s rehabilitation and recovery pathways including surgical recovery, brain injury/concussion recovery, and ICU recovery
• Help shape the chiropractic model within a growing interdisciplinary clinic
• Contribute to a patient experience that feels coordinated, respectful, practical, and well supported 

You are a Chiropractor who values evidence-informed care, collaborative practice, and functional recovery.

You enjoy helping patients improve movement, reduce pain, and return to meaningful activities while working within an interdisciplinary care environment. You appreciate both autonomy and collaboration and value communication across the care team.

You may be especially drawn to rehabilitation-focused care, complex musculoskeletal presentations, concussion recovery, chronic pain populations, or helping build something meaningful from the ground up.

• Registration in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC as a Chiropractor
• Professional liability insurance
• Clinical experience or interest in rehabilitation, chronic pain, concussion care, post-surgical recovery, functional restoration, or integrated care populations
• Strong communication skills and comfort working within interdisciplinary teams
• A builder mindset and excitement about helping shape a new clinic model 

• Compensation: Competitive independent contractor revenue-share model with earning growth tied to caseload development, experience, specialty expertise, and sustained demand
• Transparent compensation pathways discussed during the interview process
• Opportunity to build a strong caseload through direct internal referrals from primary care, rehabilitation, and recovery pathways
• Full clinic infrastructure provided including reception, scheduling, EMR, billing support, treatment rooms, and administrative systems
• Shared charting and integrated communication with primary care and allied health teams

• Start: Phased onboarding through Q3 2026. Clinic opens late 2026
