Avalon Health Clinic, a new multidisciplinary clinic planned for Greater Victoria, BC, is seeking a founding Endocrinologist to join a new interdisciplinary clinic designed around connected, modern healthcare.
This is an opportunity to practice in an environment that values thoughtful medicine, collaborative care, and coordinated support for patients navigating complex endocrine and metabolic health concerns.
At Avalon, endocrinology will play an important role in supporting patients across diabetes care, hormonal health, metabolic conditions, women’s health, recovery pathways, and chronic disease management within an integrated team environment.
You will work alongside family physicians, nurse practitioners, rehabilitation clinicians, counsellors, and allied health professionals within one connected system designed to improve continuity, communication, and patient experience.
You are an Endocrinologist who values collaborative practice, patient education, and thoughtful long-term care.
You bring strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach to complex health concerns. You appreciate autonomy while recognizing the value of integrated care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
You may be especially interested in helping to build a modern outpatient model that more effectively supports prevention, chronic disease management, and coordinated specialty care.
Avalon Health Clinic is an integrated primary care, allied health, and rehabilitation clinic opening in Greater Victoria, BC in late 2026.
