Avalon Health Clinic, a new multidisciplinary clinic planned for Greater Victoria, BC, is seeking founding Family Physicians to help lead longitudinal primary care for patients across Greater Victoria.
This is an opportunity to practice family medicine the way many physicians hoped it would be: relationship-based, team-supported, clinically meaningful, and sustainable.
We are building a true medical home where patients receive coordinated care and physicians have the time, infrastructure, and interdisciplinary support needed to do their best work.
At Avalon, you will practice alongside Nurse Practitioners, allied health clinicians, and rehabilitation specialists in one connected environment.
You are a Family Physician who values continuity, thoughtful medicine, and strong patient relationships.
You bring sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and compassion. You appreciate autonomy, but also know great care happens when strong teams work together.
You may be especially drawn to multidisciplinary care, modern systems, and helping build something meaningful from the ground up.
