Avalon Health Clinic, a new multidisciplinary clinic planned for Greater Victoria, BC, is seeking a founding  Naturopathic Doctor to join our integrated primary care and allied health clinic in Greater Victoria.

This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a setting where whole-person health, collaborative care, and patient education are integrated into the care experience from day one.

At Avalon, Naturopathic Medicine will work alongside primary care, rehabilitation, mental health, and recovery-focused services within one connected interdisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, counsellors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to help support patients navigating chronic health concerns, recovery, lifestyle change, and long-term wellbeing.

• Provide evidence-informed naturopathic care within a collaborative outpatient setting
• Support patients navigating chronic disease, stress-related conditions, fatigue, hormonal health concerns, metabolic health challenges, digestive concerns, pain, and lifestyle-related health goals
• Emphasize patient education, prevention, and sustainable health behaviour change within treatment planning
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, rehabilitation clinicians, and mental health providers involved in shared patient care
• Participate in Avalon’s integrated recovery pathways where nutrition, stress management, lifestyle medicine, and whole-person support may contribute to patient outcomes
• Help shape the Naturopathic Medicine model within a growing interdisciplinary clinic
• Contribute to a patient experience that feels coordinated, respectful, practical, and well supported 

You are a Naturopathic Doctor who values collaborative care, patient education, and evidence-informed practice.

You enjoy helping patients navigate complex health concerns while supporting sustainable lifestyle and wellness goals. You appreciate both autonomy and interd

You may be especially drawn to chronic disease support, hormonal and metabolic health, recovery-focused care, nervous system health, or helping build something meaningful from the ground up.

• Registration in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC as a Naturopathic Doctor
• Professional liability insurance
• Clinical experience or interest in chronic disease support, hormonal health, metabolic health, stress-related conditions, lifestyle medicine, recovery-focused care, or integrated care populations
• Strong communication skills and comfort working within interdisciplinary teams
• A builder mindset and excitement about helping shape a new clinic model 

• Compensation: Competitive independent contractor revenue-share model with earning growth tied to caseload development, experience, specialty expertise, and sustained demand
• Transparent compensation pathways discussed during the interview process
• Opportunity to build a strong caseload through internal referrals across primary care, rehabilitation, and recovery pathways
• Full clinic infrastructure provided including reception, scheduling, EMR, billing support, treatment rooms, and administrative systems
• Shared charting and integrated communication with primary care and allied health teams
