Avalon Health Clinic, a new multidisciplinary clinic planned for Greater Victoria, BC, is seeking founding Physiotherapists to help build the rehabilitation foundation of a new integrated primary care clinic in Greater Victoria.
This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a setting where physiotherapy is central to the care model, not an afterthought.
At Avalon, movement, recovery, function, and evidence-based rehabilitation are built directly into how care is delivered. You will work alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, mental health clinicians, and allied health providers in one connected team.
You are a Physiotherapist grounded in active, evidence-informed recovery.
You value strong clinical care, practical outcomes, and helping people get back to living fully.
You enjoy collaboration, but are also confident practicing independently.
You may be especially drawn to complex care, post-surgical recovery, vestibular work, neurological rehab, or building something meaningful from the ground up.
