You may be especially energized by supporting clients navigating health-related stress, nervous system dysregulation, chronic illness, trauma, rehabilitation, or the emotional side of rebuilding life after hardship.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Professional liability insurance
  • · Training and experience in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, somatic approaches, trauma-informed care, behavioural medicine, or related modalities
  • Experience or interest in health psychology, rehabilitation psychology, chronic pain, trauma, concussion, ADHD, or integrated care populations
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in interdisciplinary teams
  • A builder mindset and excitement about helping shape something new

HOW WE WORK

  • Compensation: Competitive independent contractor revenue-share model with earning growth tied to caseload development, experience, specialty expertise, and sustained demand
  • Transparent compensation pathways discussed during the interview process
  • Opportunity to build a strong caseload through direct internal referrals from primary care, rehabilitation, and recovery pathways
  • Full clinic infrastructure provided, including reception, booking, EMR, billing support, private sound-insulated therapy rooms, and administrative systems
  • Shared charting and integrated communication with consent-based collaboration across the care team
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Location: Saanich (Greater Victoria, BC)
  • Start: Phased onboarding through Q3 2026. Clinic opens late 2026
