Avalon Health Clinic, a new multidisciplinary clinic planned for Greater Victoria, BC, is seeking a founding Registered Psychologist to help lead mental health within our integrated clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a setting where psychological care is treated as essential healthcare and fully connected to physical recovery, primary care, rehabilitation, and whole-person wellness.
At Avalon, psychology will not sit on the sidelines. It will be part of a coordinated care model where emotional health, nervous system health, cognitive functioning, recovery, and resilience are built into the patient journey.

You bring professionalism, warmth, and evidence-informed care to complex patient presentations. You appreciate collaboration and believe patient outcomes improve when care teams work together.
You may be especially energized by supporting clients navigating health-related stress, nervous system dysregulation, chronic illness, trauma, rehabilitation, or the emotional side of rebuilding life after hardship.
