Avalon Health Clinic, a new multidisciplinary clinic planned for Greater Victoria, BC, is seeking founding Registered Massage Therapists to help support recovery, rehabilitation, and whole-person care within our integrated primary care and allied health clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a setting where massage therapy is part of a coordinated healthcare model designed to support recovery, function, pain management, and patient wellbeing.
At Avalon, RMTs will work alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, and rehabilitation clinicians within one connected care environment.
You are a Registered Massage Therapist who values collaborative care, functional recovery, and evidence-informed practice.
You enjoy helping patients feel and function better while working as part of an interdisciplinary team. You appreciate both autonomy and collaboration, and value an environment where communication between providers supports better patient outcomes.
You may be especially drawn to rehabilitation-focused care, chronic pain populations, post-surgical recovery, or helping build something meaningful from the ground up.
